University Counselling Services: UoL

There are free counselling services offered to all students and staff at the University of Liverpool. The services are to help you if you feel that you are being restricted in attaining your full personal or academic potential due to emotional or personal problems. All services are confidential.

If you feel that you would benefit from talking to a counsellor, you can attend a drop-in session available 10-11am Monday to Friday. They also offer long-term counselling sessions by appointment which operate on a first come first serve basis. Also, they have online resources for relaxation guides and particularly for students there are online exam relaxation resources.
