The Liverpool Food and Drink Festival takes place in Sefton Park on the 17th and 18th of September this year. Sponsored by Liverpool John Moores University, it is a wonderful festival that lets you explore a diversity of both sweet and savoury foods alongside complementing drinks.
Many well know companies will be attending to promote their brand, including; American Pizza Slice, Bailey’s, Bierkeller, Chiquito and many more. As well as being able to purchase some of your favourite dishes there will also be free samples available for you to try new food and drink sensations.
There are many activities to attend within the event, such as the chocolate corner for all the chocoholics. Other activities include; the good life area, bars, the kids’ village and celebrity chef demos. Nadyia Hussain, the winner of Great British Bake Off, will be joining the festival this year. She will be sharing her baking tips as well as giving a demos and signing her book.
